CRM Operations Consultant
Configure, administer, and optimize CRM platforms for B2B clients. You will handle implementations, migrations, workflow builds, and ongoing administration across HubSpot CRM, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Zoho CRM.

Responsibilities
- Implement and configure CRM platforms based on client requirements
- Design lead routing rules, lifecycle stages, and sales hand-off processes
- Build custom reports, dashboards, and forecasting views
- Manage day-to-day CRM administration requests for assigned accounts
- Document processes and maintain governance standards for client CRMs
Requirements
- 2+ years of CRM administration experience with HubSpot or Salesforce
- HubSpot or Salesforce certification preferred (not required)
- Experience with lead lifecycle design and pipeline management
- Strong analytical skills — you are comfortable in spreadsheets and reporting tools
- Clear written communication and ability to document technical processes
